Sets institutional direction, holds principal client and partner relationships and chairs the Executive Committee.
Ntobeko Cele
Accountable for the financial position of the group, commercial strategy and the business architecture behind every mandate.
Solami Buthelezi
Holds the public voice of the organisation across media, national platforms and institutional communication.
Directors and subsidiary leadership
The Executive Committee carries operational, commercial and relationship accountability across the group.
Nqobile Cele
Oversees delivery infrastructure, resourcing, quality assurance and the internal systems that carry the mandate pipeline.
Mxolisi Nzuza
Leads enterprise and supplier development work, from programme design through to market linkage and commercial readiness.
Otsile Shuma
Holds institutional relationships across government, business and development finance, and structures the partnerships behind the platform.
Mncedisi Mashiya
Leads the group’s built-environment subsidiary, carrying professional quantity surveying and construction commercial capability.
Division heads
Each sub-council is a technical division of the firm — economists, lawyers, engineers, clinicians and working practitioners. The Division Head is accountable for the technical standard of everything produced in that sector.
