With a deep understanding of team dynamics, honed from his experience as an athlete, and a keen insight into political and socioeconomic issues, gained from his time as a student leader, Matoti has established Nexec as a leading force in youth development and advocacy.

Thando Mzimela-Ntuli
Thando Mzimela-Ntuli is a passionate advocate for youth empowerment and social justice, dedicated to driving positive change and creating opportunities for young South Africans.
Currently, Thando is the co-Founder and CEO of uniMark, a dynamic tech startup revolutionising the way university students connect with local services through the cutting-edge online platform.
Thando brings with him a wealth of experience to his role as a leader in youth-led initiatives. He has served as an advisor to the Dean of Humanities at the UCT as a member of the Deans Advisory Council, where he has contributed to key conversations on policy and governance.
At Nexec, Thando aims to channels his skills and vision toward creating a more equitable and inclusive South Africa. He is committed to empowering young people through education, leadership development, and economic opportunities.

HRH Nhlanganoye-Africa Zulu
Prince Nhlangano Zulu is a dedicated advocate for youth empowerment and social justice in South Africa.
As Executive Vice President of Operations at Nexec, he plays a pivotal role in shaping the organisation’s strategic direction and driving its mission to empower young people through economic development, leadership training, and advocacy.

Solami Buthelezi
Solami Buthelezi is a dynamic and passionate leader with a proven track record in student governance, politics, and advocacy. With many years of experience in these fields, having served 3 terms in the Wits SRC, Solami has a deep understanding of the issues facing young South Africans and is committed to empowering them to drive positive change.

As Nexec's National Spokesperson, Solami is responsible for representing the organisation to the public, media, and government officials. She is a skilled communicator who is able to articulate Nexec's vision and goals in a clear and compelling manner.
Solami is also a passionate advocate for youth rights and social justice, and she is committed to using her platform to raise awareness of the challenges facing young people in South Africa.

Chief Advocacy Officer
Robyn Galloway
Robyn Galloway is a passionate advocate for social justice and women's rights. As the Chief Advocacy Officer at Nexec, she is committed to driving positive change and empowering young South Africans.

With a strong background in public policy and advocacy, Robyn has a proven track record of developing and implementing effective strategies to influence policies. She has worked on a variety of issues, including youth social issues, women’s rights and gender-based violence.

In her role at Nexec, Robyn leads the organisation’s efforts to advocate for policies that benefit young people and promote a more equitable and inclusive society. She is a skilled communicator and negotiator, with a deep understanding of the South African socioeconomic landscape.

Ntobeko Cele
Ntobeko is the dynamic Executive Vice President of Finance and Business as Nexec. With a keen entrepreneurial spirit and a deep understanding of the South African business landscape, Ntobeko drives Nexec's strategic direction and ensures the organisation's financial sustainability.
His expertise in business development, partnerships, and resource mobilisation is instrumental in securing collaborations and funding opportunities that support Nexec's mission of empowering young South Africans.

Nqobile Cele
Nqobile Cele is a dynamic and results-oriented Chief of Staff at Nexec. With a proven track record in building and maintaining strong relationships, Nqobile is passionate about driving positive change and empowering young people.

Nqobile's exceptional organisational and people skills have been instrumental in her success. Her ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences, build trust, and negotiate agreements has enabled her to secure valuable partnerships and support for Nexec's initiatives.​

Prior to joining Nexec, Nqobile served as a youth leader and activist, advocating for social justice and equality. Her experience as a young leader has instilled in her a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing young people in South Africa.
